I believe, taking a good photo is capturing a persons spirit, or a moment in time, that may never happen again…

I’m a photographer based in Townsville, originally from the bush, sister to seven big brothers and a little sister…

So I started taking photos when I was about 12 and have loved it ever since, and for about the last 6 years have been doing photography full time…They say if you love the life you live, you’ll live a life of love, and I pretty much love what I do most of the time, and that usually involves taking photos, with friends, clients, babies, brides, beauties, builders, bakers, and candlestick makers…(joking! Although I do make candles myself.)

And it is so great to be able to capture moments, meet people from all walks of life, and be able to give them something they can have for their business or for their personal life, to keep forever.

I love ‘Pleasure State’ (they are definitely the best ladies)
I love watching bullriding
I love horses
I love having a glass of 43 on ice
I love little cuddles from toddlers!
I love a cool shower after mustering cattle on a motorbike all day
I love painting drawing carving and welding, and Mum’s Roast Mutton with Gravy.
I love watching someone display a new skill learnt
I love when a young child approaches me because they feel comfortable with who I am.
I love seeing people cry when they look at their photos for the first time.
I love when people invest their hard earned dollars into my photos because they trust me so much and love their images-it’s a beautiful feeling.
I love when someone spends money on their images with the biggest photo package before they’ve even seen them!
I love my snakeskin boots I had made in Thailand
I love watching theatres and musicals and the smell of rain…
I love my favorite big sheepskin coat I bought for ten pounds in an op’ shop when it was snowing in England!-when I was broke and backpacking!
It is still the warmest!
I love timber floors and high ceilings & white walls
I love light
I love the sunset
I love pink lemonade on a hot day!
I love roses!
