All packages include a non-exclusive commercial licence for the commissioning business to use the final delivered images for its own business and promotional purposes, subject to the agreed scope of use.
Images may not be sold, resold, sublicensed, transferred, distributed or supplied to any third party or separate business for their independent use without prior written consent from Rosana Kersh Photography and payment of any additional licensing fees agreed in writing.
Any use beyond the original agreed scope, including third-party commercial use, resale, sublicensing or use by affiliated entities, requires separate written approval and may incur additional fees.
